This chrome nail trim sits above the windshield of your Beetle Convertible and gives the roof opening that neat finished look. The steel profile with chrome plating, VW part number 151 871 419, must be firmly attached, as it holds the roof fabric neatly in the groove. If you're going to replace it, pay attention to the attachment because the clips may have hardened with age. Combine this with a new roof fabric and new rails for a complete restoration picture.
