Shipping policy

At VintageDub, we believe you should know exactly what to expect. Here you'll find everything about our shipping costs, delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.

Where we ship

We ship throughout Europe. Our main markets are the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany — those destinations are fully optimised for fast delivery. We also gladly ship to other European countries, with rates tailored to each destination.

Shipping to a country not listed here? No problem — just add your product to the cart and the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Heavy or oversized items

Some parts are larger or heavier than standard packages. Think complete exhaust systems, engines, body panels, tyres, or large sheet metal parts. Higher rates apply to these items, because our carriers charge more for them too.

A few examples of possible surcharges:

Package over 15 kg to the Netherlands: from approximately €11.50
Oversized package (larger than 126 dm³): surcharge of €2.50
Very large items or shipments that need to be sent in two boxes: price on request

In those cases, we always contact you first before shipping, so there are no surprises. If the actual shipping costs turn out to be higher than calculated at checkout, we'll email or call you to discuss. You can then choose to proceed, pay the difference, or cancel the order at no charge.

Delivery times

Our average delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
Other European countries: 3–8 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. If you order on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, your package usually ships on Monday or Tuesday.

During busy periods (such as around events or holidays), processing may take a bit longer. We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Direct from supplier

To deliver faster, we sometimes ship parts directly from our suppliers. This makes no difference to you — you still get our service, warranty, and track & trace.

Track & trace

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way.

Local pickup

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Orders can be collected by appointment at our location:

Place your order online and select "pickup" at checkout. We'll then arrange a time together.

Wrong address or missed delivery?

You as the customer are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned because the address is incorrect or not collected from a pickup point, we will charge the additional shipping costs for a new delivery.

Damaged or lost packages

We pack everything carefully, but things can occasionally go wrong in transit. Did your package arrive damaged or has it gone missing? Please contact us as soon as possible — preferably within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of any damage. We'll start an investigation with the carrier right away and work with you to find the right solution.
