Returns & Refund Policy

At VintageDub, we strive to deliver high-quality products and parts. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may use our return policy as described below.

Return Period (14 Days)

We operate a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Used or installed items

  • Second-hand items

  • NOS (New Old Stock) parts

  • Special-order products

  • Items with damaged packaging

  • Items with signs of installation

  • Items with broken seals

If a return does not meet these conditions, VintageDub reserves the right to refuse it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return your current item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

The item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Return Conditions Summary

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new and unused

  • The item must not be installed

  • The item must be in original, undamaged packaging

  • Seals must not be broken

  • The item must not be specially ordered

The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the item.
For orders with multiple deliveries, the period starts after receiving the final item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If a full order is returned, the original shipping costs will be refunded

  • If only part of an order is returned, original shipping costs will not be refunded

Incorrect Orders

Ordered the wrong item?
You may return it within 14 days if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is not installed

  • The packaging is intact

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Wrong Item Delivered

If VintageDub has delivered the wrong item, we will resolve this.

Please contact us first before returning the item. We will provide a suitable solution and cover the return shipping costs.

Item Does Not Fit

If an item does not fit or is not suitable, please contact us before sending a return.

Warranty

Most of our products come with a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

Warranty conditions:

  • Warranty applies only to the first owner

  • Warranty is void in case of improper use

  • Warranty is void in case of incorrect installation

Used, second-hand, and NOS parts are sold as margin goods and are not covered by warranty.

Extended Return Policy (30 Days)

We also offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions remain the same as stated above.

Return Instructions

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Business Customers

Different conditions apply for business customers:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Returns will be converted into store credit

  • Returns must be made within 14 days

  • Returns must always be arranged in advance

How to Request a Return

Please contact us before returning any item and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item number

  • The reason for return
