This M4x8 pan head screw DIN 7985 is a standard fastener that you will find all over your air-cooled VW: for attaching small panels - electrical components - and internal parts. The rounded head design does not sit deep - making it ideal for places where you don't have countersinks and want a neat finish. Handy to keep in stock - as you'll use them up faster than you think. Combine with other pan head bolts for a complete repair kit.
