This rubber-like seal surrounds the wiper shaft where it passes through the dashboard, preventing water and dirt from entering. After decades, the material becomes brittle and tears, leading to leaks. VintageDub supplies this part in two pieces so you can easily replace it without disassembling the entire wiper shaft mechanism. Combine this with a new wiper blade set for a cleanly functioning cleaning system.
