This rubber-like seal surrounds the wiper shaft where it passes through the dashboard - preventing water and dirt from entering. After decades - the material becomes brittle and tears - leading to leaks. VintageDub supplies this part in two pieces so you can easily replace it without disassembling the entire wiper shaft mechanism. Combine this with a new wiper blade set for a cleanly functioning cleaning system.
