These top hats ensure your wipers remain securely in place without wobbling. They are located between the wiper shaft motor and the wiper arms - preventing everything from rattling loose. VW used two per set - and once they wear out - you'll immediately notice it in wet weather. Combine this with new wiper arms for a fully functional setup.
