This nut is securely attached to the fan shroud assembly of your Type 1 engine and ensures that the cooling fan valve remains firmly in place. With part number 111 119 141A, it is an original part found in all classic Volkswagen models with a Type 1 engine: the original Beetle, the T2a and T2b, Karmann Ghia, and even in the Type 181. A simple yet essential component needed for every engine overhaul or valve repair. Combine this with a new fan shroud assembly for a completely refurbished cooling system.
