This clutch fork sits between your clutch pedal and the clutch cable - ensuring that the pressure is properly transferred to your clutch. On the T1 - Beetle - and Karmann Ghia - this part experiences significant wear - especially if you do a lot of city driving. It's a simple component - but a worn one can be felt immediately in the pedal. Combine this with a new clutch cable - and you'll have smooth operation back.
