This guided release bearing ensures your clutch engages and disengages smoothly without rattling or friction in the shifting mechanism. The part works with your clutch cable to engage and disengage the pressure plate and is an essential wear part that should be replaced regularly. For T1 - T2a - T2b - Type 3 - Karmann Ghia and Type 181 with OEM number 088 141 165B or 113 141 165B. Combine this with a new clutch kit for a complete replacement project.
