This rubber bushing from the original VW range is located in your upper wishbone and provides the necessary play and damping between the arm and the chassis. After years of wear - they become hard - and you might feel noticeable play in your front axle. Replacement part 251 407 077 is relatively inexpensive and makes a difference to your steering. Combine this with the lower wishbone bushings for a complete rebuild of your suspension.
