This seal ring ensures that your brake fluid does not evaporate or leak from your reservoir. It is a simple but essential ring that fits around the opening of your brake fluid reservoir. Without a good seal - you will lose fluid and get air into the brake system - which is immediately noticeable by a spongy brake pedal. Combine this with a new reservoir lid if yours is damaged.
