To balance your wheels on a professional wheel balancing machine - you need this adapter plate - specially designed for the 5x205mm wheel pattern of T1 - T2a - Type 3 - and Karmann Ghia. Without the correct adapter - you cannot properly center your wheels on the machine - which leads to inaccurate work. The plate is securely attached and ensures your wheels are perfectly aligned. Combine this with balancing weights and you're all set for a smooth ride.
