This grommet ensures that your speedometer cable runs neatly and watertight through the front of your stub axle. This rubber seal is easily forgotten during restorations, but without this part (OEM 111 957 855B), moisture will get into your cabling and your speedometer will eventually seize up. Fits T1, T2, T3, Beetle, Karmann Ghia and Type 181. Combine this with a complete speedometer cable set for a neatly finished front end.
