This is the original lock mechanism for the right-hand door of your Beetle and T1 - part 111 837 022B. The entire locking mechanism is included: from the lock cylinder to the rods that secure the door. After decades - it can become quite stiff or even seize up - so a replacement can be really necessary. Install this along with a new door frame and hinges - and you'll have a truly fresh door set.
