This lock mechanism is located behind your right-hand door handle and ensures the door remains securely closed. Over the years - it can wear out - causing the door to no longer close properly or even fly open while driving. The original part 211 837 016H from VW is a direct replacement and fits perfectly in your T2b. Combine this with a new door handle set so everything works smoothly again.
