This push rod connects your brake pedal directly to the brake master cylinder on non-servo systems and is crucial for direct and reliable braking. On the T2a and T2b - this rod gradually wears out - causing noticeable play in the brake pedal. The replacement part (211 721 205) is no longer available - so this replacement part will restore that direct brake pedal feel. Combine this with a new master cylinder and brake hoses for a completely restored braking system.
