Bubbel Top crankcase 96 mm, 82 mm stroke
This crankcase is made of 100% aluminium, just like the engine cases used in Type 4 engines. It is heavier than an original crankcase, but this stronger aluminium ensures the bearing seats no longer wear oversize — confirmed by dyno testing under extreme conditions. The crankcase retains its original dimensions and is universal: suitable for both Type 1 and Type 3 engines.
