This steering hub is what you need if you're going to install a 'Banjo' steering wheel on your Beetle - Type 3 - Karmann Ghia - or Type 181. The part ensures your aftermarket steering wheel fits properly on the steering column without the hassle of original hubs that don't fit. Make sure you also have the correct steering column adapter and bolt set before you start - as these are essential.
