VW Beetle | Rear window support beam wood | 151 871 093C
This wooden beam (151 871 093C) sits above your rear window and, together with the window frame, forms a rigid whole. In many T1s, this wood has become weakened or rotted, especially at the bottom where water can seep in. Replacing it is not a big chore if you are careful with the window trims. Combine this with new window frame material and your tailgate will look neat again.
