This galvanized countersunk Phillips head screw DIN 965, with a conical head, is used in the Karmann Ghia, among other vehicles, and is essential for various body and interior fastenings. The original VW part number N 014 238 1 helps you verify the correct size, although these M8 x 35 screws are also very useful outside of VW applications. Zinc provides sufficient protection against surface rust, which is especially important for visible connections. Combine them with suitable galvanized washers for a neatly finished result.
