This copper exhaust nut (311 101 463) ensures a tight connection between your exhaust manifold and downpipe without seizing. Due to the soft copper, the material flexes under the heat and vibrations of the engine, allowing you to easily loosen it years later without trouble. Fits all classic VWs from T1 to T4, both air-cooled and water-cooled. Combine this with a new exhaust gasket to complete the job neatly.
