This ZDDP-containing assembly grease from CAM-SHIELD is specially formulated for lubricating camshaft components, lifters, and valve train during assembly. The additives protect against friction and wear during the critical moment before the engine makes its first rotation, which is especially important for restored engines. With 18 grams, you have enough for a complete camshaft assembly without excess. Combine this with a good oil change and an appropriate start-up procedure for optimal engine protection.
