This rubber guide keeps your sliding door lock neatly centered and prevents the lock from rubbing against the door frame. Without this strip, your lock will operate stiffly and the contacts will quickly become damaged. The part has been replaced by 211 843 471 and fits all T2 and T3 models. Combine this with a new lock and spring for a fully functioning sliding door.
