The left hood holder ensures that your convertible top is securely fastened against the frame - without play or rattling on the road. This replacement part (141 871 901) fits the Beetle - T1 - and Karmann Ghia and is mounted on the upper left corner of the windshield. If you are replacing both sides - make sure to also get the right hood holder for symmetrical adjustment.
