These plastic wedges ensure that your door is perfectly centered and does not rub against the frame. They are located in the hinge housing and often become hard as the plastic crumbles or gets lost. For the T1 and Karmann Ghia - you need two of these (OEM 141 837 277). Combine these with new door hinge pins when working on the door hinges.
