The coolant hose 251 121 130A provides the connection between the manifold and the right cylinder head on your T3. This part endures a lot of heat - so it's not uncommon for this S-bend to age and leak after years. Replace it preventively if you're already working on the cooling system. Combine this with a new manifold and all other hoses for a completely renewed cooling system.
