This S-shaped coolant hose (OEM 251 121 130B) connects the manifold to the right cylinder head on your T3 - ensuring proper coolant circulation where it's needed. The rubber wears out over the years - especially when your engine regularly heats up - so replacement is part of standard maintenance. Combine this with a new hose on the left side and fresh coolant for complete cooling system maintenance.
