These 90mm cylinder shims with a thickness of .040 inch are used to perfectly adjust your cylinders to the correct height and thus the correct compression. They fit under the cylinder head and are essential if you want to precisely tune your engine or compensate for existing play. These shims work on T1, T2, T3, Beetle and Karmann Ghia. Combine them with a new cylinder gasket and you're all set for assembly.
