Rubber seal for the filler neck of the windscreen washer tank of the VW T3 Bus 05/1979–07/1992, with OEM number 251 955 489. The rubber sits between the filler neck and the body and prevents washer fluid or water from leaking past the grommet. Replacement is common as soon as the rubber has hardened or cracked.
