The wiper shaft of your Beetle won't last forever - and certainly not its rubber seals. When water and dirt accumulate around the shaft and the wipers start to leak or no longer work properly - it's time for a replacement. This kit contains both seals (111 955 261 and 111 955 265) you need for a proper repair. A small part - but the difference between a wet headlight and a dry one is significant. Combine this with new wiper blades for the complete picture.
