This metal plate is located under your engine block and protects the front of your T2. Without this plate - your engine will get dirty faster and small stones from the road can cause damage. The original part number 211 119 515/A fits perfectly under both the T2a and T2b. Combine this with the matching rubbers and mounting clips for a neat finish.
