These rubbers hold your oil cooler plate in place and prevent it from rattling against the engine blocks. They wear out over the years and become hard or tear - which causes vibrations and potential damage to your tinware. This set (113 119 543 and 113 119 519) fits all air-cooled models from the sixties to the eighties. Combine this with a new oil cooler gasket for a complete overhaul.
