VW T1 Bus - T2 Bus - Beetle - KG | Carburetor 'Weber' 48 IDA(1)
The Weber 48 IDA is a classic among tuning carburetors for air-cooled VWs with larger engines. This model delivers a clean air-fuel mixture without too much fuss and fits perfectly on T1 - T2 - and Type 3 engines where you want more power without immediately needing a dual carb setup. The 48mm bore gives you more breathing room than standard - while also allowing you to easily revert to original if you change your mind. Combine this carb with a modified air filter and ensure good cooling for optimal results.
