The Weber IDF 48 mm is a proven carburetor for those who want to get more from their engine without immediately opting for larger displacements. With the included velocity stacks - you'll achieve better intake dynamics and a cleaner engine sound. This carburetor kit fits all air-cooled VW engines up to and including Type 4 - from T1 to Karmann Ghia. Combine this with a tuned injection system and you have a solid foundation for daily use with a bit more power.
