This choke element is located in the PDSIT carburetor and regulates the cold start of your engine. The right-hand part works together with the left-hand element for a smooth starting procedure, especially important for T2a and T2b models that are a bit finicky. Replace this part if your car is difficult to start or runs roughly when starting. Combine this with a full carburetor overhaul for optimal results.
