This 90° vacuum elbow (OEM 021 129 637C) is located on the intake manifold and provides the correct hose connections to your brake booster and other vacuum-controlled components. For T2a - T2b - and Type 4 engines - this is a much-worn component because the bend is exposed to heat and vibrations. Combine this with a new set of vacuum hoses and your intake manifold will be in perfect order.
