VW T1, T2, Beetle, KG | Cut-off relay, 12V | 058 129 413D, 111 129 413B
This cut-off relay controls the fuel supply to your carburetor and prevents fuel from continuing to flow to the engine when you switch off the ignition. Both the original 058 129 413D and the later 111 129 413B work reliably in T1, T2 and Beetle, although they differ slightly internally. The relay is usually located under the back seat or against the fuel tank. Combine this with a new fuel filter and hoses while you're at it.
