The rotor in your low distributor cap ensures that the ignition voltage goes to the correct cylinder. This component gradually wears out due to continuous sparks and high voltages - leading to poor starting problems - misfires - or hesitation. This original rotor (OEM 111 905 225F) fits directly on your T1 - T2 - Type 3 - and Karmann Ghia. Combine this with a new distributor cap and a fresh set of points for a complete tune-up of your ignition system.
