This cast iron alternator stand securely holds your generator or alternator in place - preventing vibrations that can damage bearings. It's the original cast iron version without chrome plating - so it doesn't look shiny but reliably does its job on every T1 - T2 - and Karmann Ghia. We recommend combining this with new mounting bolts and a fresh fan belt for complete maintenance.
