This extra-thin supplemental sump adds 1.9 liters of additional oil capacity without encroaching on your engine bay - which significantly reduces hassle during hot drives or when towing. The built-in filter keeps your oil clean and saves you from needing an additional external filter holder that you'd have to find space for anyway. Fits T1 - T2a - T2b - Type 3 - Karmann Ghia - and Type 181. Combine this with a thermostatic oil regulator for optimal temperature control.
