This M9 adjusting screw is necessary when setting the valve clearance on your classic air-cooled engine. The screw threads into the rocker arm and determines how much play you have between the valve and the camshaft. With OEM number 025 109 451, you're good for T1, T2, Beetle and Karmann Ghia. Combine this with a new washer and some maintenance products if you're already working on it.
