This seal sits under the base of your rocker shaft and prevents oil from leaking out along the shaft. It's a small part, but if it's worn, you'll get wet spots under your engine and eventually oil consumption. VintageDub supplies the original type 113 109 449B, suitable for all T1, T2a, T2b, Type 3, Karmann Ghia and Type 181. Combine this part with other outlet seals for a complete overhaul of your engine housing.
