This complete set of valve springs with aluminum retainers and cotters is ready for immediate installation and fits all T1 and T2 models - Beetles - Type 3 - and Karmann Ghias. The aluminum retainers are lighter than original steel and help to better utilize your engine speed - while the springs themselves are already well-adjusted for play. This is a standard refresh item when you dismantle your cylinder head - so combine this immediately with a new head gasket and cylinder head bolt set.
