This driveshaft provides power to both the fuel pump and the alternator on your T1 - T2 or Karmann Ghia. If it slips or rattles - you will no longer have fuel supply and no charging. The replacement part 113 127 025D is 108mm long and rotates with the camshaft. We recommend combining this with a new pump gasket and alternator belt if you are already working on it.
