The main bearings are the fixed points on which your crankshaft rests, so they need to be properly seated. This set is suitable for all classic air-cooled engines up to and including 1600cc, including your T1, T2, Beetle, Karmann Ghia, and Type 181. With dimensions Ca 2.00 and Cr 1.00 at a width of 20mm, you get the correct fit for a reliable setup. Combine these with a new crankshaft seal and an upgraded oil pump set for a truly clean project.
