This oil seal is located on the transmission side of your crankshaft and prevents oil from leaking from the gearbox to the engine. On a T3 - this is a common wear point - especially if you have driven many miles. The original part number 068 103 051P is the standard replacement you need. Combine this part with a new front oil seal for complete seal maintenance.
