This oil seal prevents oil from leaking past the flywheel on your 25 or 30 hp engine. It sits between the block and the flywheel - so without a good seal - you'll get oil stains under your car. The replacement part from VW has number 111 105 245 and is available for T1 and Karmann Ghia. Combine this with a new flywheel flange while you're at it.
