This oversized cam follower (113 109 309C) is located in your engine block and ensures the camshaft rotates correctly. If you have ground or skimmed the cylinder head - you will need a larger cam follower to maintain the correct clearances. This 0.15mm oversized version is perfect for minor engine overhauls. Combine this with a new set of cam rollers and you're well on your way.
