This oversized cam follower (113 109 309C) is located in your engine block and ensures the camshaft rotates correctly. If you have ground or skimmed the cylinder head, you will need a larger cam follower to maintain the correct clearances. This 0.15mm oversized version is perfect for minor engine overhauls. Combine this with a new set of cam rollers and you're well on your way.
